In this generalist role, you'll support employment relations and Work Health Safety through implementation of people-focused initiatives, policies, and compliance across our business while playing a key part in maintaining a positive workplace culture. What you’ll be doing Provide expert, practical advice on employee relations matters including performance management, conduct concerns, and dispute resolution. Lead or support internal investigations with professionalism and discretion. Coordinate Workers’ Compensation claims and manage Return-to-Work programs. Contribute to the development, implementation, and communication of WHS policies, audits, and training. Support and deliver employee development and training programs that build capability and drive continuous improvement. Champion wellbeing initiatives that promote safety in the workplace. Partner with leaders and managers to deliver the People and Culture strategy. Assist in compiling People & Culture reports, analytics, and ensuring legislative and internal compliance. Promote engagement, and positive workplace culture across teams. What You Bring: Experience in a Human Resources generalist role, ideally in hospitality or similar environment. Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Psychology or related field. Sound knowledge of employment law, work health safety and relevant legislation, with a proven ability to apply this knowledge to ensure compliance and drive decision-making. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous case management experience desirable. Confident in handling confidential matters with professionalism and empathy. Why Join Us?
