Reporting directly to our GM- People & Capability, you will support a broad range of HR functions and play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Support Operational Teams: Assist leaders with administrative and coordination support across all HR activities. Employee Lifecycle Support: Prepare employment contracts, manage onboarding/offboarding processes, and maintain accurate employee records. Employee Relations & Compliance: Assist with policy implementation and provide support in general employee relations and compliance queries. Reporting & Systems: Help maintain records and prepare reports to support workforce insights and decision-making. HR Projects: Support initiatives such as performance review cycles, employee engagement programs, and training coordination. About You To thrive in this role, you should possess: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently working toward one). 1-2 years' experience as a HR Officer/Coordinator or HR Administrator role. A basic understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation, Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships at all levels. A proactive and collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and grow within a supportive team. Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
