Hamilton location Salary $70-80K Super, pending experience WFH options, 2 days from home Our client: A leading food supplier with an international presence that specialises in identifying and sourcing international food products that are set to become the next big thing, all while ensuring market-competitive prices. They predict emerging food trends and import the products that help QSRs, distributors and entertainment venues stay ahead of the curve! The role: This hybrid role will cover office administration and business support. You'll be the go-to person keeping things running - from customer follow-ups and documentation to coordinating with Graphics Designers, freight forwarders and senior leadership. It’s a varied, hands-on opportunity for someone who wants real responsibility across multiple parts of a growing business. Key responsibilities: - Answer phones and respond to general enquiries - Manage emails, files, digital folders and calendars - Organise meetings, travel, events and appointments - Order office supplies and coordinate office cleaning - Handle business and some personal errands for the CEO - Prepare quotes, proposals and follow-up communications - Update CRM software and records and maintain lead/opportunity data - Assist with sales commission reports - Liaise with design team for catalogues and marketing materials - Manage printing and distribution of sales resources to Reps - Coordinate with international suppliers, place orders and follow up order confirmations To be successful within this role, you will have: - 5 years within an admin/business support role - Experience within food service or logistics, highly regarded - Strong written and verbal communication - A high attention to detail and excellent organisation - Proficient with Microsoft Office - Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities across sales, admin and logistics - A strong interest or knowledge in food and ingredients In exchange, you will have flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, on-site parking, delicious snacks, staff discounts and be with a company that is on a growth journey!
