Perks: Comprehensive on-the-job training and mentoring programmes Professional development opportunities and industry certifications Collaborative team environment with experienced senior technicians Career progression pathways within the organisation Flexible working arrangements and work-life balance Roles and Responsibilities: Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing system Manage and resolve service desk tickets within agreed service level agreements Perform user administration tasks including mailbox management and account provisioning Troubleshoot application, network connectivity, and peripheral device issues Assist with hardware configuration Conduct on-site visits to clients for hardware and software troubleshooting Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base articles Support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive Role Requirements: Industry certifications such as Microsoft qualifications highly regarded Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sound understanding of computer systems and general IT knowledge Strong time management skills with attention to detail Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration capabilities Current Western Australian driver's licence and reliable transport Technical Requirements: Experienced troubleshooting Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online and Teams Experience with Active Directory and user account management Knowledge of Windows Server environments and basic networking concepts Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures Experience with email systems and mobile device configuration Knowledge of backup systems and basic security principles Ability to work with various peripheral devices including printers and scanners We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
