You will be entrusted to review their completed work, providing the constructive feedback that fosters growth, while strategically allocating user stories and bugs to maximise your team’s effectiveness and prevent technical conflicts. This is a role where your leadership directly contributes to our culture of continuous improvement and shared success. Beyond day-to-day mentorship, you will serve as the technical architect for the project, shaping the "how" behind our client's vision. At NCS, we value deep technical expertise, and you will be central to translating business requirements into a clear and actionable development strategy. You will critically review user stories from a technical feasibility perspective and write the detailed tasks that form the roadmap for your team. This strategic oversight ensures our solutions are not only well-managed but are also intelligently designed and robustly built from the ground up. Your influence will extend across the entire project, championing quality and collaboration at every stage. You will represent the development team in high-level discussions with key stakeholders, including the Department and other service providers, ensuring technical solutions align with broader project goals. A key part of your legacy on this project will be leading the creation of our ‘As built’ documentation.
