We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Contracts Officer to support the growing service delivery and social impact initiatives of an innovative Social Enterprise Organisation. You'll play a central role in coordinating contracts, maintaining system integrity, managing internal workflows, and supporting vendor relationships to enable commercial operations to run efficiently while supporting the employment and empowerment journeys of young people in WA within the property management and maintenance sector. This role suits a detail-oriented person who enjoys managing systems, problem solving, and collaborating across various teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage service contracts, purchase orders, work orders, and compliance documentation. Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth service delivery and reporting. Maintain accurate digital records across Field Service and Scheduling systems such as SimPro and SharePoint. Support finance and operational teams with data reconciliation and invoice preparation. Assist with CRM, tender submissions, scheduling and other business administration needs. Key Requirements Experience in contracts administration, project coordination and/or procurement. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and digital workflow, Field service and other scheduling software tools. Experience with SimPro or similar field service and scheduling platforms highly regarded. An interest in social enterprise, community impact, or purpose-led organisations.
