Our client is a leading healthcare provider in Australia, and they are looking for Change Manager to support key Workforce Transformation initiatives. Lead and deliver high-impact workforce transformation initiatives that shape the future of how we work. In this role, you will manage the full project lifecycle – from scoping and planning to execution and delivery – with a focus on improving skill mix, workforce planning, and operational flexibility. Contract: 12 months fixed term Salary: Base super salary sacrificing options Key Responsibilities: Responsible for change, designing and implementing strategies that ensure initiatives are understood, embraced, and embedded across the organisation.
