About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Remedial Consultancy team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex building projects, drive project excellence, and make a meaningful impact in the remediation and construction sector. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and procurement through to delivery and defect resolution. With a strong technical background and a focus on client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee remedial building projects from initiation to completion. Ensure high-quality delivery in line with industry standards and client expectations. Prepare scopes of work, tender documentation, project schedules, and progress reports. Coordinate and liaise with contractors, consultants, clients, and stakeholders. Monitor budgets, time lines, and safety standards across multiple projects. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design and specifications. Lead defect rectification efforts and ensure contractual alignment. Provide technical support and troubleshooting across project stages. Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment. Skills and Experience 8 years (Senior) or 5 years (Project Manager) in remedial or construction project management Degree in Building, Construction, Engineering, or related field Strong knowledge of building codes, defect rectification, and remedial processes Proven experience with construction contracts and project delivery Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Leadership experience and ability to mentor team members Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools, Strata industry experience (preferred) Must work from the office in Lane Cove and attend site inspections Current and valid Driver's License Benefits Exposure to diverse and technically challenging remedial projects Supportive and collaborative team culture Career development and progression opportunities Opportunity to make a real impact in the strata and remedial building industry Ongoing training and access to industry-leading expertise About the Company Our client is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy specialising in comprehensive services across the building and construction sector.
