Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee remedial building projects from planning to execution. Deliver projects to a high standard of quality and expertise. Oversee preparation of remedial scopes of work, tender documentation, and project schedules. Coordinate, manage and liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success and to build relationships. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and safety requirements. Manage defect rectification and ensure alignment with contractual obligations. Prepare progress reports, variation assessments, and project documentation. Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle. Support project teams with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication. Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of growth and expertise. Skills and Attributes: Minimum 8 year's experience in project management within the remedial or construction sector. A degree or equivalent qualification in Building, Construction, Engineering or Construction Management. Strong working knowledge of building standards/codes, defect rectification, and remedial methodologies Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Demonstrated ability to administer construction contracts and provide project management services. Excellent stakeholder management skills Experience within the strata industry highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to build solid relationships with the team and clients. Demonstrated leadership and team development skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity. Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills. Professional demeanour and a commitment to delivering excellence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Current and valid Driver's License
