The Opportunity We're seeking a proactive and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee warehouse and logistics operations , while also managing the internal sales team . You'll be responsible for ensuring goods are stored, handled, and dispatched efficiently, stock levels are accurate, and customer orders are fulfilled on time. At the same time, you'll work with the internal sales staff to support customer enquiries, coordinate order processing, and ensure the continuous delivery of exceptional service they are known for.
