Our Opportunity Galserv are looking for a customer-orientated service coordinator who values quality and will proactively drive internal sales. You will join a business with proven track record of internal career development. This position is a full-time opportunity, based in Yagoona, NSW. Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to: · Invoicing, credits & communicating client job status. Qualify project leads by liaising with customers and partnering with our internal/external sales teams. Providing product and services information to resolve emerging client problems. Provide key internal stakeholders with market analysis included trends, competitors activities, customer feedback and more. Collaborate with Account Managers and the General Manager to support the development of new business. Actively contribute to continuous improvement of processes and practices in an evolving business environment. The Right Person This position is ideal for a customer service professional with exposure to, or willingness to learn how to operate within an internal sales position. You will also have: Degree or diploma in Business/Business Admin highly regarded. 3 years previous experience within a customer service position. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to deal with competing deadlines. Ideally some exposure to working within budgets and sales environments.
