Wyndham Leisure Services (WLS) is seeking an experienced and highly organised Company Secretary on a Part Time basis (4 days per week) to support our CEO, Board, and Board Committees in delivering strong corporate governance and compliance. This key role ensures we meet our legal and regulatory obligations under the Corporations Act and ASIC, while supporting the smooth operation of Board functions across the organisation. Job Description What You’ll Do: Coordinate and minute all Board/Committee meetings Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and relevant legislation Manage ASIC filings, statutory registers, and corporate records Maintain Board and policy documentation Act as liaison between the Board, CEO, and key stakeholders Perform the Privacy and FOI Officer roles on behalf of WLS Desired Skills and Experience What You’ll Bring: Tertiary qualifications in law, finance, or administration Proven experience in a similar Company Secretary or Governance role Excellent organisation, communication, and discretion Strong understanding of corporate governance and Office 365 WWCC, Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Join a values-driven organisation where safety, service, and innovation drive everything we do.
