Full Time continuing opportunity Leverage your professionalism and organisational skills to drive efficiency, strategic impact, and provide seamless executive support in a complex environment Base Salary $108,557 - $118,267 17% superannuation About the opportunity The Executive Assistant to the Chief Data and Analytics Officer provides the full suite of professional executive support services to the Chief Data and Analytics Officer in a timely and effective manner, ensuring the specific needs and day to day requirements of the office are managed in highly efficient and effective manner. As the first point of contact representing the Chief Data and Analytics Officer, the role is required to exercise a great deal of tact and understanding, ensure confidentiality while maintaining a client focussed approach to resolving matters that arise. This position requires excellent organisational skills, consummate knowledge and experience of senior executive support, business acumen and client service skills, thereby ensuring that the Chief Data and Analytics office is managed in a highly professional manner, and that the needs of key stakeholders across the University are met. Your key responsibilities will be to : provide high-level executive support to the Chief Data and Analytics Officer, ensuring seamless coordination of critical tasks and professional handling of all matters; build key relationships to enhance strategic support and uphold the University's and the team's professional reputation; assess incoming enquiries, determine key actions, and escalate issues as needed for resolution; draft and review correspondence, format reports and other documentation, and coordinate briefing notes on specific issues where required; coordinate and prepare meeting materials in advance, ensuring all logistical requirements are met efficiently. About you Highly professional with strong integrity, discretion, and the composure to support senior leadership with focus and excellence. Experienced in managing projects with advanced computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite and diary management expertise. Background in large, complex, multi-faceted organisations, demonstrating adaptability and strategic awareness. Exceptional time and workload management skills, able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve key outcomes efficiently. Expertise in negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship-building, fostering strong professional networks while independently and collaboratively exercising initiative and sound judgment.
