We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want to manage what’s there, but someone who can see the opportunity in front of them and think “This is mine to grow.” You’ll be leading day-to-day operations, building relationships, and putting your stamp on how the branch runs. You’ll have the backing of a multi-branch, well-respected business with the resources and reputation to win, but the autonomy to run your branch like it’s your own. Experience in equipment rental, industrial consumables, tools, plumbing, or similar sectors will set you up well, but above all, we want fire, vision, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
