What your day would look like: Attending Open homes Attending market appraisal appointments Buyer call backs Buyer management Prospecting for new business – both warm and cold leads Build relationships with potential and existing clientele Talk to solicitors and vendors regarding the process of the sale Organise photographers and open homes Some ad hoc administration may be required The Person: Previous experience in Real Estate is essential – leasing consultants or receptionists looking to take the step up into sales will be considered Be hungry and want to grow into an agents role down the track Excellent communication and presentation Have a reliable car and drivers license Hold a valid Certificate of Registration is required!
