The Role: Preparing sales contracts, entering data into CRM, liaising with Solicitors, preparing Commission Tax Invoices, managing sales deposits Assisting agents with all marketing enquiries Assisting with social media accounts and team marketing Daily communication sent to agents with all deadlines outlined, following through until completion Preparation and coordination of all marketing campaigns Preparing presentation proposals Organising new listings The organisation of all settlement tasks and client gifts The ideal candidate: Must have a valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Previous Real Estate sales admin and marketing experience is required Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills Positive, can-do, team orientated attitude Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written Strong confidence – assertive yet professional and friendly Happy to manage lengthy admin and data entry duties The perks Monday to Friday role - keep your weekends free!
