Permanent role ASX-listed gold producer 400m From Subiaco Train Station The Role Perseus Mining is seeking a practical and proactive Onboarding and Human Resources Administrator to join our small, busy HR team. This role is at the heart of our operations, providing critical support across onboarding and HR processes for both Australian and international employees. Reporting to the Manager, People and working closely with a team of five you will be responsible for: Coordinating all aspects of pre-employment and onboarding, including medicals, reference checks, employment agreements, and system setup Posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and supporting general recruitment coordination Drafting employee letters such as extensions, role changes, salary adjustments, and terminations Maintaining accurate employee records and updating changes in SAP SuccessFactors Compiling HR reports and preparing regular data updates Managing the HR and Recruitment inboxes and maintaining various internal registers Reviewing and maintaining HR templates and documentation Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline processes About You This is a people-focused support role, centred on the behind the scenes work that keeps the entire team moving forward. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being the go-to person, who can juggle multiple moving parts, stays calm under pressure, and thinks ahead. Our ideal candidate will have: Experience supporting a busy team, ideally in HR /recruitment or mine site administration Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage a high volume of small, time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision Confidence using Microsoft Office and HR Systems & the ability to learn new systems quickly A practical, problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt when things change Exposure to onboarding and mobilisation for international employees Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal It would be beneficial if you have: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Background in mining, recruitment, or HR administration Qualification in HR (preferred but not essential) Where you’ll be working This position is based in Perseus’s Subiaco office, with a corporate team of roughly 60 employees and growing. You’ll join a small corporate team, allowing for close interactions across all departments and levels of the business.
