About the position: As a vital part of the Appliances Online sales team, you will support the smooth and efficient processing and delivery of customer orders. Reporting to the Team Leader Order Management, your day-to-day contributions will help ensure our customers receive timely and accurate service every time. Reporting on next day orders to keep operations seamless Releasing orders for dispatch when stock is available and payment is confirmed Managing refunds and returns efficiently Processing changeover requests and other order management tasks such as damage allowances, re-invoicing, and order splitting Ordering agency items as needed Creating and issuing Appliances Online gift vouchers Providing support to the Engine Room and other business units as required Qualifications: Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to help Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal Confident phone manner and presentation skills Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems Excellent organisation and keen attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and stay calm under pressure Solid numeracy and accounting skills Why Join Us?
