Description Position Overview As Civeo grows, so does the people requirement to drive our business forward! Multiple opportunities exist during this growth period to join our People & Culture team in a short-term, 3–6-month capacity. Play a key role in supporting the TA and recruitment process from candidate sourcing & screening, to ensuring compliance and job site readiness. These roles ensure smooth coordination of recruitment activities and contribute to a positive candidate & new-starter experience. Roles include TA Specialist, Recruitment Coordinator and Onboarding & Mobilization. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple regions Schedule and coordinate recruitment activities. Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process. Conduct initial phone screening and facilitate assessments and interviews. Coordinate onboarding for staff across remote Australian mining sites. Collect and verify pre-employment documentation. Maintain recruitment databases and track key metrics. Build and maintain talent pipelines. Manage shared inboxes and induction bookings. Qualifications Relevant Certificate-level qualification in Business, HR, or Administration, or equivalent experience in recruitment. Experience You may bring previous full-cycle recruitment experience; or proven experience in a recruitment support role; or you may be from an onboarding and compliance background. Talent Acquisition experience within the hospitality sector will be highly regarded . Familiarity with HRIS systems (Oracle preferred). Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Copilot & other AI-powered tools. High attention to detail and confidentiality. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
