Job Title: Project Contracts Specialist Location: Perth, WA Employment Type: Contract Sector: Oil & Gas / Energy – Major Projects (Subsea / EPCI) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and professional Project Contracts Specialist to lead and execute the full EPC contracting lifecycle for a major energy project based in Perth. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role working closely with the Project Team, where you will oversee multiple concurrent contracting packages — from ITT development through to final contract award. You will serve as the primary C&P interface, managing the commercial and contractual strategy while engaging directly with the market, including major subsea contractors. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end EPC contracting process across multiple complex work packages Develop ITTs, coordinate bid clarifications, lead evaluations, and manage contract negotiations Interface directly with the Perth-based project team to align commercial strategies with technical and schedule requirements Conduct direct market engagements with key subsea/EPCI vendors to test the market and gather intelligence Structure and negotiate EPCI contracts that mitigate risk, align with project goals, and meet local and corporate governance requirements Act as the commercial lead during contract execution transition handovers Requirements About You 10 years' experience in contracts & procurement roles, ideally within oil & gas or major infrastructure Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of EPCI contracts for large-scale subsea or offshore projects Strong understanding of market dynamics, particularly with tier-one subsea/EPCI contractors Commercially strategic but operationally hands-on – able to run multiple workstreams independently Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with internal project teams and external vendors Tertiary qualifications in law, business, engineering or related field desirable Benefits Why Join?
