Due to continued growth and expansion in the business, we are currently taking applications for a CCMS Specialist to join our clients team . Role: CCMS Specialist Experience with Hexagon Completions (CCMS) is required Start date: September 2025 Roster: 5 days on / 2 days off - Monday to Friday 8 hours per day Great Rates $$$ Super paid on ALL hours work Duration: 6 months Location: Preference is for someone to be 5/2 in Adelaide CBD or at the client site (if preferred to be site based). Otherwise, Brisbane CBD or WFH in other locations would be considered. Key accountabilities include: Maintain and update the completions database and ensure all documentation is accurately filed and accessible for team members. Coordinate the submission, review, and approval of commissioning documents such as system completion reports, punch lists, and certification records. Provide administrative support to the commissioning team, including scheduling, tracking progress, and providing updates to stakeholders. Assist in the generation of daily/weekly progress reports, summarizing completions and commissioning activities. Assist in the tracking and closure of punch list items and non-conformances, ensuring that corrective actions are completed within project timelines. Maintain a comprehensive record of punch list items and monitor progress toward resolution. Ensure that all required commissioning data is captured and stored in accordance with project specifications and regulations Commissioning Specialist will possess the following: Previous experience with a CMS system is mandatory. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working with Completions Management Systems , preferably in oil & gas and/or mining. Proven experience with Hexagon Smart Completions (HxGN) or similar Hexagon digital products. Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, system handover, and commissioning processes. Familiarity with ITR development, punch list management, and turnover workflows. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
