Job Summary: As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical delivery. You’ll translate complex user needs into actionable development specifications, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that the solutions delivered meet quality standards, user expectations, and business goals. Your focus will be on user experience, solution design, testing, and continuous collaboration—while bringing a pragmatic, customer-centric, and proactive mindset. Responsibilities: Translate business and user needs into clear development requirements and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with product managers, developers, testers, and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Contribute to solution design, user story creation, and test planning. Support UAT, regression, and production testing to ensure quality delivery. Communicate risks, blockers, and progress clearly across teams. Maintain compliance with internal processes and documentation standards. Prioritise tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and project goals. Foster strong cross-functional relationships and a collaborative team culture. Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within fintech or a related industry. Proven experience in data analysis and data manipulation. Solid understanding of the financial services sector. Familiarity with modern business analysis methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., BABOK). Practical knowledge of project delivery lifecycles and governance frameworks, including Agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.
