What we're looking for: Strong technical expertise in Wi-Fi, IP networks, mesh systems, CCTV, and proficient in Excel for equipment and job tracking, backed by excellent organisational skills Team-focused and adaptable, communicating effectively with project managers, engineers, and operations, doing what's needed to keep operations running smoothly and getting the jobs done If you have experience with Simpro, MATV knowledge, or relevant certifications such as working at heights, open cabling, or mine site inductions, we’d be stoked! Interpret design plans and prepare materials for job dispatch, while testing, configuring, installing, and refurbishing field equipment such as CCTV, Wi-Fi, and IP networks Attend site visits occasionally when required, providing hands-on support to field teams Streamline and organise equipment in the warehouse to ensure a smooth operations when receiving equipment back from site, and dispatching all equipment for the next project.
