Due to rapid growth (30% in the last two years), an opportunity has arisen for an Audit Manager to join their audit divison based out of their CBD office. This is a great opportunity to take on a leadership role, manage the audit portfolio, and mentor a high-performing team in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. About the Role: As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing audit engagements from planning to completion. You’ll work closely with clients, partners, and your team to ensure high-quality service delivery while also coaching and developing junior staff. Key Responsibilities: Managing end-to-end audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio Leading and mentoring a team of auditors, providing guidance and technical expertise Reviewing audit work papers and ensuring compliance with Australian auditing standards Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing insights and value-added services Identifying and addressing technical accounting and audit issues Supporting business development and contributing to the firm’s growth About You: Minimum 5 years of external audit experience in an Australian accounting firm CA/CPA qualified or equivalent Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and Auditing Standards Experience managing audit engagements and mentoring junior staff Excellent client relationship management skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities What’s in it for you?
