Penalty Rates: Eligible for weekend and after-hours penalty rates. What You’ll Be Doing Match Support Workers with Clients based on skills, preferences, and availability. Manage rostering updates across multiple regions and services. Quickly respond to calls, tickets, and emails with professionalism and care. Identify workforce gaps and help drive proactive rostering solutions. Work closely with Client Experience Managers to deliver seamless support. Ensure compliance with SCHADS Award conditions and rostering standards. About You Proven experience in scheduling/rostering, ideally in Disability, Health, or Community Services. Super-organised with a sharp eye for detail and time management skills. Strong systems skills—familiarity with Carelink and Microsoft Office preferred. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Able to stay cool under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
