Receptionist – Administration Support Location: Eldo Hotel, Woomera South Australia Scope: DIDO 12/9 rotating roster Daily shift: 8:30am – 8:30pm On-call afterhours phone (as required, based on operational needs) Start Date: August 2025 About the Role: We are seeking a professional and organised individual to join our team as a Receptionist at the Eldo Hotel in Woomera. Working with OSOS on behalf of our client, this frontline position is responsible for administrative support and accommodation coordination, delivering high-quality service to Defence personnel and contractors. Key Responsibilities: Provide efficient and professional check-in/check-out services Manage EFTPOS transactions and basic financial handling Support end-of-month account tasks (training can be provided) Coordinate room bookings and manage guest stays using RMS and DHA systems Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle general enquiries Monitor and issue room keys Liaise with cleaning staff to ensure room readiness Maintain compliance with Defence Base Line Clearance protocols Work collaboratively with the wider hotel operations team Requirements: Previous experience in reception or administration RMS system experience (essential) Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams Experience with OneDrive/SharePoint (highly regarded) Familiarity with DHA systems and processes (highly regarded) Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills Australian Citizenship (required for Defence site access) Current driver’s licence and valid police clearance Friendly, professional demeanour and ability to work both independently and within a team About OSOS Alliance OSOS Alliance is a specialist recruiter in the mining, construction, and energy sectors.
