Your Team The Decision Support team operates within the Finance and Fund Services (F&FS) Business Unit of CFS. Decision Support is responsible for leading the business partnering activities for revenue & expenses across change and run/business-as-usual operations. More specifically the team is accountable for supporting CFS business owners in meeting their short-and-long term financial objectives. Your Responsibilities Overlay driver-based commentary to monthly results reporting Present monthly results to key business stakeholders Support the annual planning process and provide inputs into regular forecasting Identify and proactively track cost risks and opportunities and proactively engage stakeholders to identify alternate pathways to deliver to Plan Respond to ad-hoc queries from the business in a timely and complete manner Support the overlaying of approved project benefits and incremental operating expenditure to forecasts and Plan Provide challenge and advice to finance and business stakeholders Your Capability and Experience 10 years or more post graduate experience in similar roles Excellent relationship management with senior stakeholders Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Advanced analytical thinking and financial analysis / modelling skills Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability Relevant professional qualification (CA/CPA/CFA qualification or equivalent) What to Expect At CFS, you'll be working among the very best in the wealth management industry.
