Job Summary: As a Product Analyst within the HUBconnect team, you’ll deliver high-quality, data-driven insights to support business initiatives and enhance the customer experience across our product suite. You'll work closely with technology delivery teams and both current and prospective users to inform product development and engagement strategies. This role also partners with the implementations team to evolve and expand the HUBconnect platform through new modules and capabilities. Responsibilities: Supporting the launch of new features and enhancements to drive usage, client satisfaction, and retention. Contributing to product discovery by validating user needs, problem statements, and early-stage ideas using data insights. Defining and tracking product KPIs and success metrics in collaboration with the product team to inform prioritisation and measure performance. Monitoring product performance, identifying usage patterns and trends, and using these insights to shape team priorities. Conducting data investigations to support product development and resolve client or support queries. Responding to client data queries with timely, meaningful, and actionable insights. Partnering with data engineering to ensure data quality and reliability across reporting layers, including validation of data pipelines. Creating clear, tailored written communications and visualisations for a range of technical and non-technical audiences. Documenting requirements and sharing knowledge using tools like Confluence and Jira. Developing a working knowledge of financial planning and related subject matter relevant to HUB24’s products. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, product managers, and external partners. Managing stakeholder relationships through strong communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements: 3–4 years’ experience in an analytics role, ideally working with large and complex data models Strong SQL skills and experience with data platforms such as Databricks (or similar) Advanced Excel proficiency and a solid understanding of data technologies, analysis, and technical problem-solving Experience working within Agile frameworks Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex information Ability to build trust-based relationships and work collaboratively across teams Confident in persuading, influencing, and negotiating to achieve successful outcomes Skilled in articulating and presenting data-driven arguments to technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach Demonstrated ability to gather input, align stakeholders, and lead continuous improvement efforts Comfortable working independently while valuing teamwork and collaboration Innovative and solutions-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset Willingness to provide out-of-hours support when required Ability to identify and manage risks effectively The Recruitment Process - Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted. - Our Talent team will start reviewing your application.
