This role presents a unique opportunity to design and lead a modern IT function—shaping how technology enables every part of our business. About the Role As the Head of Technology, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end leadership of our IT department, developing and executing a company-wide technology strategy. You will ensure our systems are reliable, secure, scalable, and innovative—supporting our operational teams, franchise partners, and guest experience across the entire network. This is a pivotal leadership role with both strategic oversight and operational delivery responsibilities, sitting at the heart of our business transformation.
