The Opportunity We are seeking Skilled Knifehand to join our dedicated team at Harvey, WA. This role is ideal for individuals with proven knife-handling experience in meat processing, who take pride in precision, safety, and teamwork. As a Knifehand, you will perform essential tasks that contribute to the production of premium-quality beef products. This position requires adherence to strict safety, hygiene, and animal welfare standards, ensuring excellence at every step of the process. The Role Perform skilled knife-handling tasks, including cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products to specifications. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all workplace safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets efficiently. Uphold the highest standards of product quality and compliance with food safety regulations. Participate in regular training and skill development to maintain top performance standards. About You To thrive in this role, you will have: Previous experience as a Knifehand in a meat processing environment (preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate). Excellent knife-handling skills and attention to detail. A commitment to safety, hygiene, and quality practices. Physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
