We work with and for the Presbyterian Church in NSW and the ACT (PCNSW) to demonstrate the character of God by providing fresh hope and care for those who are in need, in a way that seeks justice, shows mercy, and makes Jesus known. The Role We are on the lookout for a motivated Partnerships and Engagement Manager to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. Location: Hybrid - Allowah, Dundas Valley and work from home. Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time, 22.8 hours per week across 3 days. Days to be negotiated. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to undertake the following duties and more! Build and nurture relationships with PCNSW, church leaders, ministry groups, and Christian organisations. Develop partnerships with community groups, businesses and individuals in support of fundraising and donations. Oversee the recruitment, training, and coordination of volunteers for various ministries. Develop outreach strategies to engage faith communities in Jericho Road ministries. Represent the organisation at Christian conferences, events, and ministry gatherings to expand its reach. Ensure engagement programs align with the Jericho Road's theological foundation and mission objectives. Visit churches, schools, supporting organisations – across NSW/ACT Generate prayer content Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with corporations, community organisations, and other potential supporter groups. Serve as a point of contact for groups and organisations, fostering strong relationships and collaboration. Develop partnership opportunities and resource proposals to engage financial and in-kind support from individuals and organisations. Skills we’re looking for! Essential Criteria A personal, active Christian faith and involvement in a local church Strong understanding of biblical justice, mercy, and making Jesus known. Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with PCNSW Strong leadership, storytelling, and relationship-building skills Passion for making Jesus known and inspiring faith-driven action in justice and mercy initiatives Working with Children Check NDIS Workers Check Desirable Criteria Experience in church engagement, partnership development or volunteer management within a Christian context Minimum 5 years’ experience in Christian ministry or related fields Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Ministry, Communications or a related field If this sounds like you, apply today!
