Job responsibilities: Support client with everyday living e.g. Personal care, washing, cleaning, laundry, preparing and cooking meals, shopping, etc. Facilitate community inclusion and participation based on client’s needs and preferences Assist with client’s physical and mobility requirements Demonstrate positive and professional behavior Promote and facilitate person-centered care Ensure the wellbeing and safety of the clients and perform the duty of care.
