Dear future teammate, We’re building something special at Neuroqueer - a support service run by and for neurodivergent and LGBTQIASB people. We’re here to make sure people like us feel good, feel seen, and feel supported. But we can’t do it alone. If you care deeply about people, know what it’s like to navigate systems that weren’t built for you, and want your work to actually mean something, we’d love to meet you. So what’s the role? We’re looking for a Peer Support Coach to join our growing team. It’s a casual, super flexible role - take on as much or as little as you like as we grow. You’ll work 1:1 with people who come to us for support - people who are neurodivergent, queer, disabled, or all of the above, helping them build skills, try new things, and feel more confident and connected in the world.
