We're looking for an IT Asset and Support Assistant to become part of our shared services team. This role can be performed from our Adelaide office. Our team strives for providing excellent service to our clients while balancing lifestyle and wellbeing, knowing when to work hard and when to relax. You'll play a crucial role, supporting user account provisioning, IT asset management and offering first level IT support to our teams throughout Australia. Skills And Experiences Who are you? Some experience in IT support or customer service is desirable. Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and desktop support. Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise with a range of internal and external vendors. Ability to follow documented procedures and escalate issues when required. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and technologies. What does a standard week look like? Assist with creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts across systems. Maintain access control documentation and ensure compliance with security policies. Support onboarding/offboarding by coordinating access needs with relevant cross functional teams. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and track assignments, returns, and disposals. Provide first-level support for device setup and basic technical issues. Document procedures for account management, asset setup, and decommissioning.
