About the role As the Senior Assistant Business Services, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day delivery of high quality, effective and efficient office services for the Adelaide office. In this role you will: act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the Adelaide office provide high-quality service to internal and external clients by acting in a professional, welcoming, and efficient manner at all times manage internal and external switchboard calls act as the first point of contact for the building management and third-party contractors on facilities management requests and issues on-site coordinate meeting room bookings, manage calendars, and order catering for events process all outgoing mail and courier requests receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages support the national library teams with barcoding, loose filing, and loan requests code and process invoices process and manage all Records Management requests and work with the National Records Management network on audits and destruction projects. About you This role will suit an experienced Senior Assistant that will ideally have: demonstrated experience in a support or front-of-house role with a demonstrable flexible and positive "can do" attitude excellent problem-solving skills demonstrated customer service experience ability to work under pressure and effectively priorities tasks a proven ability to build relationships, be approachable and responsive. You will also have a proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels.
