We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Company Secretary to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in supporting our governance framework and Board operations. As the Senior Company Secretary, you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations across the HUB24 Group, with a particular focus on the HUB24 Limited Board. You’ll work closely with the Group Company Secretary, senior executives, and Board members to facilitate effective corporate governance and support business initiatives. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage board, committee, and shareholder meetings, board papers, agendas, minutes and correspondence. Attend meetings and maintain accurate records of proceedings. Ensure follow-up and delivery of action items from meetings. Liaise with legal, tax, external & internal audit, and other external advisors as needed. Support adherence to the ASX Corporate Governance Principles and best practices. Develop, maintain and review board charters, policies, and governance documentation as required. Assist with director induction and group insurance renewals. Manage ASIC and ASX filings. Promote a culture of integrity, trust, and risk awareness. Requirements: A relevant degree and Governance Institute qualifications. 5 years of experience as a Company Secretary in an ASX-listed environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Emotional intelligence and adaptability. A collaborative mindset and commitment to HUB24’s values: Enable – Create – Succeed – Deliver.
