We’re on the lookout for a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Coordinator to join our dynamic team based in North Ryde, NSW. About The Role Reporting to the Sales HSE Manager, you’ll be a key player in supporting our national sales team. This hands-on, admin-focused role is ideal for someone who’s tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and confident engaging with diverse teams. Key Responsibilities Moderate and manage the Health & Safety Management System (HSMS)Track and manage corrective actions and injury notificationsSupport injury management and claims processesLead the rollout and training of Beakon (our new safety system)Develop and deliver toolbox talks, newsletters, presentations, and reportsMaintain and enhance HSE documentation and compliancePartner with sales leaders to embed a strong safety cultureDrive continuous improvement and engagement in HSE practices What You'll Bring Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar HSE roleCertificate IV in Health & Safety (mandatory)Training & Assessment qualification (desirable)Exceptional communication skills – written and verbalStrong organisational and administrative abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively across teams and levels Why join Tip Top?
