About the role As an APS3 Participant Support Officer, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, people-focused team responsible for delivering essential frontline services. You’ll handle a variety of tasks from face-to-face enquiries to behind-the-scenes coordination — ensuring that every interaction is positive, efficient, and aligned with national service standards.
