The Role Key functions of this role include program management, stakeholder engagement, and local intelligence gathering. The role may also be involved in activities such as intergovernmental projects that assist clients to find secure employment, gain new skills, and transition successfully into the jobs of the future. Our providers deliver a suite of programs to help parents, young people, Indigenous Australians, and people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds to overcome barriers to gain employment. To be successful in this role, you will perform a range of operational and administrative functions to support the team. These include monitoring and analysing performance of the contracted Providers, contributing to team projects, supporting the engagement of key stakeholders, identifying innovative solutions to create efficiencies in processes that assist people gain and retain employment. Duties And Responsibilities Responsibilities of the APS4 Level may include: Provide general admin support, including transactions, research, data analysis, reporting, and record keeping.Support service delivery by monitoring contract and guideline compliance.Analyse provider performance, draw evidence-based conclusions, and make recommendations to support quality services.Tailor written and verbal communication to suit different audiences.Assist with stakeholder engagement, including regional projects.Capture local insights to better understand the employment and skills landscape.Manage moderately complex issues in service delivery and provider operations.Contribute to branch activities and help foster a positive team culture.Some domestic travel, which may include overnight trips. Qualifications and Education Year 12 or equivalent certification desired but not essential.Proficiency in Microsoft programsA driver’s licence is essential.
