Reports to: Managing Director Locations: Three sites across the Tweed/Northern Rivers Region Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Commercial Executive Manager to lead and drive operational excellence across a multi-site, multi-franchise automotive group representing eight leading brands. This senior leadership role is pivotal in delivering outstanding client service, driving financial performance, and fostering strategic growth. The ideal candidate will bring proven commercial expertise, empathetic leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities Provide demonstrative leadership support through maintaining a visible and meaningful presence weekly, across all three (3) dealership locations. Drive profitability and financial performance across all sites. Oversee operational compliance (OHS, Fair Trading, Fair Work, legal). Identify and implement process improvements to maximise revenue and support operations. Support and mentor Site Managers and Executive Team to elevate performance. Collaborate with peers to ensure seamless operations and transitions. Stay abreast of emerging technologies to enhance upstream and downstream operations. Meet weekly with Managing Director to critically reflect on progress whilst working to foster transparency and trust. Maintain and support strong relationships with OEMs, internal and external stakeholders. What You Bring Transferable senior leadership experience in multi-site or franchise environments. Strong financial acumen with budget and cost control expertise. Proven success in management and business growth. Expertise in compliance, risk management, and operational excellence.
