Key Responsibilities:NetworkWork with the Network Director and Network Managers to implement network strategy in line with GAA Sales plan.Manage all legal processes and communications around dealer appointment and management, including startups, terminations, relocations etc.Manage dealer performance, dealer performance to be reviewed quarterly with results presented to GAA management team and dealer.Implement Geely SI standards (facility & processes) across dealer network and audited to ensure dealer is compliant.Financial ReportingImplement dealer reporting, ensuring system and reporting guidelines are in place. Review results monthly checking for accuracy and financial performance.Work with dealers to set action plans, to meet KPI’s set. Preferred competencies:3–5 years’ experience in a Network Manager role (Automotive)Management experience in retail or distributor level.
