About the Role: Due to significant growth, we are currently recruiting for an Associate Director in our Melbourne office, focussed on global business services and outsourcing. This role is ideal for an experienced consultant or corporate services leader with a proven track record in delivering projects to transform functional operating models. Your Opportunity Forming part of the Sourcing and Procurement Advisory team , this role will include the following responsibilities; Engagement Management: Lead and deliver quality work across the project lifecycle (strategy, design, implementation, monitor and optimise), including the establishment and optimisation of global business services / shared services / outsourcing models. Business Development: Focus on building networks, fostering internal collaboration, and contributing to business development efforts. Growth and Development: Actively participate in the growth of the Sourcing and Procurement Advisory team, including building our client portfolio and supporting our team’s career development. Business Relationships: Build and own key business relationships internally and externally. Leadership: Provide knowledge of corporate function (e.g. Finance, HR, Technology, Procurement) transformation. Provide direction and training to team members. Client Outcomes: Deliver quality business outcomes in complex and fluid environments, across a wide range of industries. To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include: Demonstrated experience in leading complex programs of work to establish or optimise service delivery models for corporate functions. Previous roles in consulting or service provider organisations delivering to clients, or as a leader in a corporate services environment, with a strong commercial and delivery focus. Experience in service establishment, transition, service delivery, transformation or sourcing contract management. High-level understanding of the shared services and outsourcing market and trends in corporate services transformation. Excellent leadership, teamwork and communication skills (both written and verbal). An exceptional attitude focused on achieving desired customer outcomes. Qualifications Appropriate qualifications including a degree in a related discipline. Working knowledge of industry methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile is desirable.
