Remuneration: ASO5 – Salary Range ($85,790 - $95,413 p.a.). About the opportunity: We are seeking a Project and Change Officer who will join the Banking Modernisation Program which have exciting advancements in banking that are shaping the future. There are several banking reform changes due to impact many agencies across SA Government. These reform changes have been driven by a combination of Commonwealth Government directives, by industry reform and SA Government initiatives. The program involves five intricate workstreams that encompass legislative banking reforms, system upgrades and enhancements along with continuous improvement opportunities. These workstreams collectively shape the timing and execution of our program, ensuring that SA Government will meet regulatory requirements, adapt to banking industry standards, and align with state-level strategic goals. Working as part of the Banking Modernisation Program, the Project and Change Officer will be responsible for the maintenance of project artifacts, records management and the execution of the change management plan including development of communications. Collating and update project plans, issues and risk registers and action logs. Managing the governance meeting program and providing support to the Senior Business Analyst with discovery workshops. The Project and Change Officer will support the Project Manager with governance and reporting providing input and updates as well as working closely with the Senior Business Analyst to roll out and embed change throughout the program. About you To be successful you will have: Experience in working in complex change management type projects, utilising contemporary project management methodologies and tools and knowledge of change management principles. Experience in the establishment, maintenance and monitoring of project plans and schedules, to ensure project outcomes are achieved within established time, cost and quality objectives. Ability to identify and analyse issues and risks, resolve problems and provide concise and informed advice. Ability to liaise, communicate and negotiate effectively with a range of stakeholders to facilitate their cooperation and support in the achievement of objectives, and the ability to work under limited direction whilst prioritising and organising work to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
