Job Description - Cold and Warm sales calls - Respond to clients' enquiries - Assist buyers through the process of inspection and provide professional services - Maintain high level customer relationships and achieve sales target - Daily workflow tasks, such as CRM management, contract preparation, client follow-up etc. - Networking and stakeholder management, including builders and the project developer - Social media content production Requirements: - A current Certificate of Registration or License preferred (willing obtain) - Should know how to speak either Taiwanese or Vietnamese - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Excellent phone manner and ability to build a strong rapport - Confident in making cold outbound and inbound calls - Valid working rights in Australia - Strong background in property sales, ideally already established in land sales, or new build sales - Current driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
