POSITION DESCRIPTION Position Title: Team Leader Contract: Full Time Reports to: Managing Director Salary Range: $55K to $60K pro rata plus superannuation Ordinary Working Hours: 9.30am to 6pm ___ Role Summary: ReGroup provides a group booking service across live entertainment and sport. As a team leader, you will play a pivotal role in formulating client management and sales strategies to drive overall success and growth of the company. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experience to group bookers via phone as well as digital channels. Team leader will coordinate end to end group bookings by asking effective questions to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. You will seek to engage group bookers in conversation and create memorable experience by connecting with customers through positive energy, warmth and empathy. Key Duties: Lead Generation and Sales Development (75%) Roadmap development: Identify new business opportunities (B2B and B2C) and demonstrate value to the clients. Drive initiatives that improve ReGroup brand recognition and industry adoption Implement outreach campaigns to develop group contacts nationally. Setting up and attending business meetings. Preparation of reports and business development proposals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in group sales. Operations (15%) Ensuring accurate data entry in the business systems and CRM platforms. Assisting with preparation of group communications (newsletters and mailouts). Find opportunities to streamline business process and improve productivity. Undertaking business research and administration duties as required. Attending onsite group launches and incentive events on behalf of ReGroup and promoters. Team Management (10%) Build and lead a high-performing sales and operations team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. Drive development of a culture and workplace that is diverse, inclusive and highly productive. Identify training requirements for the team to progress and evolve. The successful candidate will have: · A strong passion for live events and eager to share that passion with group bookers. · Previous experience working in sales or outbound contact centre environments. · The ability to navigate multiple business systems while talking on the phone. · Ability to handle stressful situations, complex enquiries and difficult customers. · Exceptional attention to detail with accuracy for information transfer verbally and data entry. · Experience working to KPI’s. · Ticketing systems experience is a bonus but not necessary. Training will be provided. · Happy to commute and work onsite in South Melbourne.
