About the role Join Comvergence as an Account Manager and play a key role in managing and growing strategic customer relationships. Reporting to Management, this full-time role is based in our South Yarra office in Melbourne. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for our diverse client base. What you'll be doing Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients Identify new business opportunities and coordinate the delivery of solutions to meet client needs Manage contract renewals and upsell/cross-sell additional products and services Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery Assist in seeking out new Managed Service Provider partners and building on existing relationships Participate in strategic account planning and client review meetings What we're looking for Proven experience in an account management or senior sales role, preferably in a B2B environment Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities Proficient in using CRM systems to manage customer data and pipeline Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience What we offer At Comvergence, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling career. Demonstrated success in managing and growing business and concluding successful long term contracts (annuity revenue). A proactive, results-driven attitude and the ability to work on your own and in a team. Proven ability to deliver against targets and uncover new commercial opportunities within existing accounts. A clear understanding of communications and IT, including emerging technologies Clear understanding of Fibre, NBN, Private Networks, Hosted Voice & Teams, and Cyber solutions.
