About the Role This is an exciting part-time opportunity (3 days per week) for a driven and results-oriented sales professional to join our dynamic and fast-paced organisation. As the Outbound Sales specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and building our pipeline of potential clients through proactive telephone-based outreach and relationship building. • You will be responsible for connecting with our target market via high quality exchanges, over the phone. • You will receive input and coaching about key business themes, sector analysis and our deep industry expertise. • The business is purpose driven underpinned by values that are deeply embedded and govern all expectations about employee behaviour. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Prospecting: • Utilize telephone outreach and CRM-loaded target lists to efficiently generate leads that result in exploratory meetings with business decision makers • Identify and qualify target clients where they require crisis management advisory services Client Relationship Building: • Engage in meaningful conversations with corporate stakeholders (Corporate Affairs, Legal Counsel, HSE) in top-tier corporate clients • Introduce Left of Boom services and assess client needs and buying cycle stage • Secure contact information and establish ongoing communication channels • Present a positive image of Left of Boom and maintain professional relationships CRM Management and Reporting: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM • Document all conversations with target stakeholders and capture valuable intelligence • Create short, accurate summaries of interactions and set appropriate follow-up tasks • Conduct follow-up activities in accordance with standard operating procedures Candidate Requirements Sales Experience and Skills: • Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development • Experience in B2B telephone sales with demonstrated ability to engage senior executives • Strong prospecting and qualification skills with ability to identify genuine opportunities Communication and Interpersonal Skills: • Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly • Professional phone manner suitable for engaging with corporate executives • High emotional intelligence and ability to adapt communication style to different audiences Personal Attributes: • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets • Resilient and persistent in face of rejection • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives Remuneration The salary on offer is negotiable based on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
