Our client is an iconic Australian organisation currently seeking a Change Manager to deliver on a Fraud Detection project. Your new role will see you responsible for delivering the change and communications for a fraud detection project. Working closely with both business and technical stakeholders you will lead the planning and delivery of change management activities. In addition, this role will see you supporting the development of new training materials for staff to adapt to the change in processes. Working in a large enterprise environment, you will need to be comfortable working with ambiguity and engaging a broad range of stakeholders. Skills and Experience: Experience across Change Management methods, principles and practices (e.g. ADKAR/PROSCI) Demonstrated experience with end-to-end project management of complex, cross functional projects and teams Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Ability to navigate and drive projects forward through ambiguity Broad experience across change, communications and training deliverables Our client is offering an initial 6 month contract with the view to extension. Presently this role only requires a resource 3 days a week, this may be increased to 5 days per week if it suits the successful candidate.
