Role: AUS | Program Director (SAP)Location: MelbourneContract Duration- 10 months duration Description: ExperienceERP Expertise: 10–15 years of experience managing large-scale ERP projects, with a focus on SAPS/4HANA transformations such as Greenfield and/or Brownfield an/or Bluefield• Sector Knowledge: Highly desirable sector knowledge in CPRD, Utilities, Public Sector• PMO Leadership: Proven ability to lead multi-year, multi-business ERP modernisation programs in a complexorganisational environment. Deep experience in project management function for large, complex globaltechnology implementations. Strong knowledge of project and programme management frameworks (e.g.,PMBOK, PRINCE2, MSP, SAP ACTIVATE). Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and provide strategic oversight. Largescale program experience, e.g. 60-100 FTE in scale• Program Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate program risks and manage trade-offsacross the business change agenda as well as technical program risk balanced against financial constraints,resource constraints in partnership with outsourced vendors and taking into cyber security and regulatoryfactors.• Contract Management: Contract management of large consulting firms, ideally S4 delivery experience.• Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage program budgets, control costs, and deliver value.• Change Management: Expertise in navigating ambiguity and driving organisational change in large-scaletransformation programs.• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideasclearly and persuasively.• People Leadership: Strong track record in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability.• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across multiplelevels of the organisation.
