About the role This role will provide future-oriented and thought-leading insights and perspectives to promote innovation and the use of systems that provide data and analytics at Cbus. You will work closely with Senior stakeholders in the Investments, Member experience and Data and Technology teams as well as the Cbus Leadership Team to develop the long-term, and short-term, strategy and operating best practice for decision support systems at Cbus. As the Head of Data Strategy and Delivery you will translate overall data and analytics needs into a coherent and implementable strategy to transform Cbus's data and analytics operating rhythm to enable the delivery of the Cbus business plan and strategy. In this role you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive data and analytics strategy and operating model implementing best practice and incorporating future-orientated and thought-leading insights to support the delivery of Cbus' member outcome targets, the business plan and regulatory requirements in alignment with the fund strategy. Working closely with business stakeholders you will define a set of standardised data products to be delivered and maintained centrally by the Data and Analytics team. You will also be responsible for overseeing the planning, discovery, and delivery of strategic and innovative data initiatives and promoting innovation and adoption of new tools. Your role will include managing the delivery of programs in line with Policy, Enterprise Delivery frameworks and Portfolio Governance, across a broad set of organisational domains To be successful you will have deep experience engaging, managing, and partnering with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders within the Data, Technology, Strategy, Project Delivery, Investments & Member Experience teams and external technology vendors. You will have experience developing and building target state processes and functions. Your experience will include 10 years of senior investment data and analytics technology experience coupled with previous data and technology strategy development or program delivery experience within investment management or at a superannuation fund. You will have prior experience in leading and building diverse teams and have experience in developing and bringing the best out of your team.
